At Oak Hill we exist to help people connect faith in Christ with everyday life.  

Our vision is to see a widespread saturation, relevance,
and contextualization of the truth found in God’s word.

Learning the truth of God's word is essential because God's word is all-encompassing, fully preparing us for every good work. It equips us to live in a manner that reflects God's character and holiness, and is essential for our spiritual growth and maturity. 2 Timothy 3:16,17

Living the truth of God's word is crucial because it emphasizes the need to be doers of the word, not just hearers. Merely listening to God's word without putting it into practice leads to self-deception. Acting on God's truth transforms us, allowing His word to take root in our lives and produce lasting change. It’s a call to live authentically according to God's instructions, showing that true faith is demonstrated through obedient action.  James 1:22

Sharing the truth of God's word is vital because Jesus commands His followers to make disciples of all nations. This involves baptizing them and teaching them to obey everything He has commanded. By sharing God's word, we participate in spreading the Gospel, helping others come to know Christ, and guiding them to live according to His teachings. Jesus promises His presence with us as we carry out this mission.  Matthew 28:19-20
